| Located in the heart of Switzerland, KKL Luzern is easy to reach by car as well as by public transport. Whether you are travelling by train, bus, or boat, getting to the Culture and Convention Centre will not be a problem. You can reach KKL Luzern directly from the railway station in about 100 steps, without getting your feet wet. |
Car
The city of Lucerne is very easily accessible from within Switzerland and its neighbouring countries and can be reached within a short time. The lift in parking areas 1+2 at Bahnhofplatz 1 provides direct access to our building.
Boat
The piers are located right next to KKL Luzern, so you can combine your visit with a boat trip or travel to us directly by boat.
Airplane
From the international airports of Zurich and Geneva you have a direct train connection to Lucerne every hour. The following travel times must be calculated from the airports to Lucerne:
- Zurich airport: about 75 minutes
- Geneva airport: about 3 hours
- Basel-Mulhouse airport: about 1 hour 40 minutes
Delivery for Event Hosts
The delivery entrance is at the rear of the building across from the University of Lucerne. The concert Hall, the Lucerne Hall and the Auditorium can be accessed directly for deliveries. Ground-level access to Lucerne Hall is provided, making deliveries simple and easy. The hall’s rental price includes one or two parking spaces, so you can park your vehicle directly at the delivery entrance.
